Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 44cd platform in any capacity — including registering an account, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or making a deposit — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the user) and 44cd.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 44cd platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 44cd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 44cd strictly prohibits access by anyone under 21 years old.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being). Corporate entities, organisations, and automated agents may not register accounts.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of 44cd or any affiliated game provider, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
• You must not be subject to any existing self-exclusion order from 44cd or from any other gambling platform with which 44cd maintains a reciprocal exclusion agreement.
• You must not have had a previous 44cd account closed for breach of these terms.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register exactly one (1) account on the 44cd platform. The existence of multiple accounts for the same individual — whether registered under the same name, same mobile number, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and the payment method you intend to use. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

44cd reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, upon account activity that triggers our internal risk systems, or at random. You agree to cooperate fully with all verification requests and to provide supporting documentation within the timeframe specified by the 44cd support team.

• Registration is free. 44cd does not charge any fee to open an account.
• Account registration does not oblige you to make a deposit or place a bet.
• You are responsible for ensuring the contact details on your account remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Accounts registered using temporary email addresses, disposable mobile numbers, or virtual identity services may be suspended pending verification.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 44cd login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. 44cd will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, or any chat channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact the 44cd support team immediately at [email protected]. 44cd will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving a verified notification. However, 44cd accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the breach occurred due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

44cd employs SSL/TLS encryption across all platform transactions. However, you are responsible for the security of the device and network you use to access 44cd. Accessing the platform from public or unsecured Wi-Fi networks is done at your own risk.

Deposits

44cd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There are no platform-side fees applied to deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 44cd does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, 44cd reserves the right to return the funds and suspend the account pending investigation.

• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 44cd balance instantly in most cases.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) banking hours to clear depending on the originating institution.
• 44cd does not accept cryptocurrency or international card payments at this time.
• Deposited funds are held in a segregated account structure intended to protect player balances.
• 44cd reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits at its discretion, particularly where fraud or money laundering risk is identified.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted from within your 44cd account at any time, subject to your available withdrawable balance meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit on your account.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Within 10–30 minutes for verified accounts in good standing.
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): Within 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. If your account has not previously completed a verification check, a withdrawal request will trigger the process and funds will be held pending successful completion. 44cd may request a government-issued National ID card, passport, or other documentation as part of this process.

44cd reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where the account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other breach of these terms. In such cases, 44cd will notify the account holder via the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

Bonuses & Promotions

44cd offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, qualifying game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published at the point of offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply across all 44cd promotions unless otherwise explicitly stated:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new accounts only. Existing accounts that create a duplicate registration to claim a new-player offer will have all accounts suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash (until wagering requirements are met), or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• 44cd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already claimed and in progress.
• If 44cd identifies that a bonus has been obtained through dishonest means, including collusion, use of software tools, or exploitation of a system error, the bonus and all associated winnings will be voided and the account may be permanently closed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 44cd are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game. Rules for each betting market and casino game are displayed within the platform interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail for the purposes of that bet or game round only.

Key rules applicable to all betting and gaming activity on 44cd:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where the platform explicitly provides a cash-out or edit-bet feature for that specific market.
• 44cd reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on an obvious error in odds, lines, or market data (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"). Players will be notified and the stake returned to the account.
• Bets placed after an event has started or where the result is already known at the time of placement will be voided.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the sport-specific rules published within the platform.
• The minimum bet stake across most markets is ৳10. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of 44cd. Bets placed immediately before a suspension are valid unless they fall into the palpable error category above.

For casino games, fishing games, and slots, the game rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the respective game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming) and are independently audited. 44cd does not alter game logic or RTP settings.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 44cd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for personal use.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment betting and gaming.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event or casino game.
• Laundering money or using 44cd as a mechanism to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Sharing account access with other individuals, including family members.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the 44cd platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 44cd staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any part of the 44cd platform without prior written authorisation from 44cd.

Limitation of Liability

44cd provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44cd excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.

44cd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, network interruptions, or unauthorised account access resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.

In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an incorrect payout or display of odds, 44cd reserves the right to correct the error and adjust affected bets accordingly. This includes voiding bets where necessary. 44cd's maximum liability to any user in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

44cd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 44cd will endeavour to notify active account holders via their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of any revised version will be clearly stated at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the 44cd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and contact the support team to close your account.

Termination of Accounts

44cd reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at 44cd staff or other users.
• Prolonged account inactivity (defined as no login activity for 12 consecutive months).

Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification checks, provided no fraud or breach investigation is pending.
